Hello Elgin Encores,
Thank you for a productive Tuesday despite the cancelled previous week.
Dominion-Chalmers Sunday 12 February Church Service
8:30 – 9:10 set up percussion and place the chairs (which will be in the Sanctuary, beside the platform)
(…that percussion be set up on each side of the platform, forward of the organ console –
in front of the choir seating)
9:15 – 9:45 Choir rehearsal in Sanctuary.
9:15 – 9:40 your other band members arrive and gather in Room 7, get their instruments ready and warm up.
9:45 – 10:15 band rehearses in the Sanctuary
10:20 commence prelude
Please answer this poll with your name AND instrument so that we have a clear idea of who will be there
and so that Adrian will have time to arrange to fill any section holes or have people support parts played by others who may feel uncomfortable playing without their neighbour.
Possible scenario (decided on Tuesday):
Salvation is Created (this is an easy piece we played a year ago – hear below)
Mack the Knife
