No registration will be processed until payment is complete.
Cost of the session is $160.00.
Payment must be made by cheque and may be split with $80.00 due immediately and a postdated cheque for $80.00 payable on September 15, 2010.
Cheques are payable to Dominion-Chalmers U.C. (Don't forget memo line: ONHB must be included).

1. Make your payment on site at Dominion-Chalmers United Church.
2. Mail a cheque to Dominion-Chalmers U.C. 355 Cooper St., Ottawa, K2P 0G8.
